I have worked as a manager in the public and voluntary sector for over 25 years.  I have delivered team development and training to a range of organisations and groups.

I am a qualified social worker and hold an MA in Industrial Relations and Human Resource Management. I am an accredited workplace mediator and have undertaken team and individual mediation nationally.
