Mediation First Ltd

Mediation First Ltd is a thriving company that specialises in conflict resolution.  It was formed in April 2007 and is currently providing community mediation for Birmingham City Council and Sandwell Homes 

The organisation employs experienced and qualified mediators trained to OCN level 3 in mediation skills who are competent in conflict resolution and are proficient to deal with a wide range of issues including antisocial behaviour.  

All mediators have extensive life experience and have worked continually with the general public enabling them to offer a wide range of diverse skills at all levels. Their experience includes community and neighbourhood mediation, homeless, workplace, NHS conciliation and restorative justice. 

Mediators are experienced in handling extensive case loads and carrying out the mediation process with independent interpreters (for all languages) wherever a client requires translation.  

The company adheres to a strict protocol enabling delivery and maintenance of a prompt and efficient service and continues to develop good working relationships with referrers and clients at all times.
